EcoSimmer believes in the quality of our products, and we hope you enjoy our gear. Our goal is to keep the outdoors green by eliminating any dependency on fire, flame, or fossil fuel in backcountry.

RETURNS ARE EASY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 90 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or you can exchange the product you received for a replacement.

How do I start my return?

1. Your receipt or proof of purchase
2. A list of the item(s) you are looking to return
3. Your reason for returning your item(s)

What can be returned?

To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be lightly used or the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and include receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I be refunded?

We will notify you within ten (10) days on the status of your refund after we receive and inspect your item(s). Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) which is generally seen on a statement after a few days.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

You will be responsible for return shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

WARRANTY

For a period of one (1) year EcoSimmer warrants the EcoSimmer Electric Stove to be free from defects of workmanship and material when used, maintained, and serviced under normal operating conditions.  The warranty runs from the date the EcoSimmer Electric Stove was first purchased from an authorized dealer or seller of EcoSimmer products.  Subsequent or unauthorized sales are not covered by this warranty.

The EcoSimmer Electric Stove must be operated in accordance with the instructions contained in this User Manual.  Malfunction of the EcoSimmer Electric Stove, or damage caused to the EcoSimmer Electric Stove or users thereof, that was caused by improper operation is excluded from this warranty and EcoSimmer is not liable for any damages caused by such improper operation.  Please ensure that you have read the entire User Manual before operating the EcoSimmer Electric Stove.

This warranty does not cover malfunction or damages arising from improper storage or use, normal wear and tear, neglect, shipping, modification, use with unsuitable accessories, use in commercial settings, or incidental or consequential damages.

Should a claim be covered by this warranty, EcoSimmer, at its sole discretion, may choose to repair or replace the EcoSimmer Electric Stove, replace the EcoSimmer Electric Stove with a unit of comparable value or operation, or refund all or part of the amount paid for the EcoSimmer Electric Stove. Prior to receiving warranty service, EcoSimmer may require proof of purchase, including date of purchase and validation thereof.  EcoSimmer may charge a fee for transportation, shipping, handling or other fees associated with the receipt and return of a serviced EcoSimmer Electric Stove.

Only products purchased in the United States of America and Canada are covered by this warranty.
